I\u2019ve been a therapist since 2019, but my passion for understanding people\u2013and what makes us who we are\u2013goes back much further. I became a therapist because of my deep curiosity about human behavior, a desire to better understand both myself and the world around me.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My early work in domestic violence intervention and human trafficking opened my eyes to the power of breaking free from harmful cycles and learning to build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
