I see therapy as an art shaped by science. My approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and openness. I believe in the power of genuine connection and strive to create a space where you feel truly supported and understood \u2014 one that empowers you to navigate your growth and healing with confidence and resilience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I was born and raised in Orange County, and from an early age, I was drawn to creating meaningful connections with others. My background in hospitality taught me the value of attunement in&nbsp; relationships and the beauty of authentic human connection. My curiosity about how the mind works has always driven me to understand people on a deeper level, which ultimately led me to becoming a therapist.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Having moved more than 30 times, I\u2019ve developed a deep appreciation for diverse experiences and perspectives.
