I\u2019m Kat, and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I became a therapist because I\u2019ve always been drawn to helping others. Over the years, I\u2019ve come to realize just how powerful a well-timed question can be\u2013sometimes, the right question can completely shift how someone sees themselves or their situation. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a therapist, I enjoy working with my clients to help them connect with their authentic selves.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I bring curiosity, warmth, and a balance of insight and humor to my work. I love creating a space for clients where they feel comfortable and heard &#8211; sometimes through laughter!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I\u2019m a proud SoCal native. Beach, mountains, desert? Yes please! When I\u2019m not in the therapy room, you\u2019ll probably find me reading, indulging my sweet tooth, or attempting to teach my pup new tricks!
