I have experience working with individual adults and teens who want to improve their confidence, navigate anxiety or self-doubt, and strengthen their relationships.<\/div>\n<div>Together, we can explore how your past experiences shape your present, while choosing how you want to show up in the next chapter of your life with more confidence and self-trust.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>I specialize in Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients process painful emotional experiences and reconnect with their values and inherent strengths. I believe that therapy works best as a collaborative process and that we are both co-authors in your therapy journey.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>You don\u2019t have to hold everything together on your own. I\u2019ll help you reconnect with your voice, your values, and your strength.
